The beautiful tube was created by Crystal.

The goodies I used are HERE
Copy the font to your Windows/Fonts folder
Copy the tubes to an easy place for you to find.
I used Flaming Pears/Flood plugin and FM Tools/Blend Emboss

Enjoy!

Let's get cracking.
1. Find a graphic that has a nice part of it that you want to use as a background, a city scape works well for this kind of design.
2. Use a pretty butterfly tube and a person tube for the front, or use the ones I supplied
3. Open the graphic, Edit/Copy, Paste as a new image, promote to layer and close the original
4. Selection tool - Freehand selection
1.

5. Click all around the edges of the buildings and add some extra water at the bottom. Remember we are adding a feather of 40, so when you join the ends and release the mouse button, it will seem that the selection is much larger.
2.

6. Selections/Invert (It would seem the selection is gone, but it's not... tehehe, just the feather)
7. Press the delete key on the keyboard once or twice. If you press to many times, just undo
8. Selection/None
9. Effects/Plugins/Fm Tools/Blend Emboss
3.

10. Reduce opacity to 53
11. Add new raser layer
12. Send new layer to the bottom
13. Set foreground color to # 4c7452 background to #f99162
14. Foreground to Foregroundbackground gradient
4.

15. Floodfill the bottom layer with the gradient
16. Selection Tool/Rectangle-same settings with the feather of 40, draw a rectrangle around the water, let it go and the feather will make the selection larger. The reason I use a feather selection here is that when we add the flood plugin, the water's edge will be smooth and you will not have a water line which we'll need to cover as the feather took care of that.
5.

17. Plugins/Flaming Pear/Flood
6.

18. Effects/Edge Effects/Enhance x 2
19. Select/None
20. Copy and paste the tubes into place, making sure each is on it's own layer
21. Drag the woman layer to below the misted building layer, if you want to leave it on top, be sure to reduce the transparancy of the layer
22. Duplicate the butterfly x 2
23. Reduce the size of one layer by 85% (all layers UNTICKED and bicubic selected)
24. Reduce the other butterfly by 65%
25. Arrange the butterflies with the largest on top, then the 85% and then the 65%
26. Close off all the layers but the butterflies
27. Merge the butterfly layers visible
28. Reduce the butterfly layer to 46
29. Add Drop Shadow - As before
Vertical:-1 Horizontal: 4 Opacity: 75 Color Black
30. Add same Drop Shadow to the face tube
31. Merge ALL Flatten
32. Add your text as vector and move into place, convert to raster 33. Add Drop Shadow to text
Vertical: -1 Horizontal: 1 Opacity: 100 Blur: 1.00 Color: White 34. Merge ALL Flatten
35. Selections/Select All
36. Selections/Modify/Contract by 15 pixels
37. Selections/Invert
38. Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel
7.

39. Selections/Invert

41. Select None
42. Add symetric border 2 pixels - dark green
43. Add symetric border 15 pixels - white
44. Select with magic wand (change the feather to 0) and tick INSIDE
45. FloodFill with same gradient
46. Add Inner Bevel -- same settings
47. Select None
48 Select All
49. Selections/Modify/Contract by 25 pixels
50. Selections/Invert
51. Effects/Distortion Effects/Punch
