This tutorial is written in PSPX but can easily be done in earlier versions. You need a good working knowledge of PSP to do this tutorial. The tubes are not created by me, but rather by the talented people in the various tube groups listed on my PSP GOODIES page.
Please do not copy this tutorial to any web pages or groups.

The flower tube was tubed by Filly
1. Brushes-Copy into your PSP/Brushes folder
2. Fonts-Copy into your Windows Fonts folder
3. Tubes-Copy to folder of your choice

Ok, let's get cracking

Open all your tubes
1. Open a new canvas 400 x 500 transparent
2. Edit/copy your tube and paste onto your canvas
3. Pick 2 colors, I used BACKGROUND #edd88f and FOREGROUND #4e786d
4. Set the foreground to gradient FOREGROUND/BACKGROUND

5. Floodfill the bottom layer with gradient
6. Duplicate the tube layer and close off the top tube layer
7. Highlight the middle layer (the tube)
8. Apply Eye Candy 3/Motion Trail

9. Duplicate this layer
10. Image/Mirror
11. Merge the Mirrored layer DOWN (right click on layer, Merge Down
) 12. Effects/Distortion Effects/Ripple

13. Reduce transparency to 53
14. Add new Raster layer
15. Open the brush wljsquares19 001 and apply to bottom of canvas
16. Apply a Drop Shaow (save this setting, we use it a lot)

17. Drag the brush layer below the Ripple layer
18. Close off the top tube layer
19. Merge the other layers visible
20. Get the Selection tool, draw a rectangle..like so

21. Choose a nice part of the block and draw a selection
6.

(I drew a shape just to show you where I made the selection)
22. Edit/Copy
23. Paste as a new Image
24. Apply a Seamless tile to this tile and SHRINK for later use

25. Back to main canvas - Select None
26. Mirror the tube layer, move slightly to the top left
27. Apply text. I used BickhamScript Fancy2 for the B and Borealis for the rest
28. Add Drop Shadow - same settings
29. Drop Shadow - these settings

30. Highlight the bottom layer
31. Effects/Illumination Effects/Sunburst
9.

32. Layers/Merge All Flatten
33. Add 5 pixel symetric border
34. Select border and floodfill with dark color (set selection to INSIDE)
35. Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel
10.

36. Selections/Invert
37. Apply Cutout - Select None

38. Add borders as follows :

39. FloodFill with pattern you made earlier
(You will find it toward the top of your materials pattern palette)
13.

40. Apply Inner Bevel - same settings change the smoothness to 35
41. Edge Effects/Enhance
42. Repeat steps 33 thru 41
43. Repeat steps 33 to 37 again (5 pixel border)
44. Add a flower or any kind of embelishment that matches to the bottom of your creation
45. Add your watermark
46. Merge all flatten and save
