This is what we're making

Chinese Proverb

This tutorial is my own creation, any similarities to other tutorials, are totally co-incidental. No part of this tutorial was copied or taken from any other tutorial and remains my sole property. Please do not copy or re-create. Should you wish to translate this tutorial, please ask me before doing so.

This tutorial is written using PSPX but can easily be done with other versions.
All supplies can be downloaded HERE
The tubes I used are the wonderful works of Filly, Thais and Lamanouche's Designs, details are on the individual tubes. All other supplies were created by me.

Plugins used : FM Tools - Blend Emboss and
Tramages - Panel Stripes
My friend Serena pointed out that if you are using PSP Version 12 or Windows Vista, you may need to import the plugin to Filters Unlimited to make it work.
Thanks Serena :)
I used a Chinese Proverb for the script, you are welcome to choose one for yourself HERE

Ok, let's get the show on the road :)
