1689/90 Calvert County Maryland

Recently I went to the Denver Library and transcribed one of the
references Frances Austin had shared with me. The reference didn't really say
much, but once I transcribed the full record, it became apparent this one record
has vital importance.
William Brookes, John Austin, John Hyatt and Richard Looke (Locke, this is
Richard Sr.) are listed in this record.
Brooke, Austin, Hyatt are family's which married into John Lock b. 1726 family.
So this one record clearly links the family's married into John Lock's family,
as being in the same place at the exact same time as my Richard Lock Sr. b.
unknown, d. 1745 Calvert County Maryland.
This is yet one more piece of the puzzle that links Richard Jr. Lock and
John Lock.

Protestant Subjects who took oath to His Majesty King of England 1689/90 in Calvert County Maryland 1689/1690. The people named are people who were trying to get the King to reinstate the Governor of Maryland. The Governor had been removed and the people wished him to be placed back into power.
