The Milwaukee Avenue Arts Festival (MAAF) is seeking artists to participate in multiple exhibitions and events planned for the 3-day festival taking place in the Logan Square neighborhood in Chicago along Milwaukee Avenue (between Diversey and California). There are various gallery locations (including art in establishments, open studios and converted storefronts), curators, requirements and deadlines for each exhibition..

Most exhibitions are open to all Chicago artists unless specified in the specific Entry Form and Guidelines and are without fees. Some exhibitions are recruiting volunteers to help hang and staff the festival galleries. The Open Studios/Galleries, MAAF Art Market, and MAAF Art Directory require a submission fee. Artists may apply to one or all of the exhibitions, but each submission should be unique for each exhibition (works submitted for one exhibition may not be submitted to another).

For information about the Art Directory, Open Studios/Galleries, or general questions email ArtForMAAF@gmail.com. If you have a question about a specific exhibition email the curator (listed in the entry form).

For information about more MAAF exhibitions at the festival email ArtForMAAF@gmail.com. For information about the festival including music, performances and many activities for young and old, check out milwaukeeavenueartsfestival.org and our myspace.
