Hi again :)

Heath/Kelly/Layton/McCabe/Metzger - A Regency Christmas - Regency - 5 (Think my favorite was the "Partridge in a Pear Tree" story)

Balwin - Cut From the Same Cloth - Regency - 5

and I'm reading today to finish the month:

Noeli - A Summer's Day - Regency (with cats!) :)

Oh, and realizing the Star Wars novel doesn't actually come out until Saturday, not really sure when I might get that, or if I do get it (we don't really go out on the weekends, and while we're going to the bookstore tomorrow, it won't be in the store just yet. Unless I'm really lucky!). I rather get the soundtrack given the choice, check out all the spoilers online about what is written in the book, and then just wait for the movie. LOL But we'll see!! :)

Chase - Mr. Impossible - Regency - 5 (I rather liked Rupert!)

So now I'm reading:

Heath/Kelly/Layton/McCabe/Metzger - A Regency Christmas - Regency

After that, I'm not entirely sure seeing how this weekend the novel to Star Wars Episode III novel comes out, so what I choose for in the meantime depends on when I finish the Christmas anthology one. :) I just don't want to start reading something and have to push it to the side because of the new one! LOL

And nope, I'm not really changing the name of my site. I did a new banner right up there (see ^), to show it's more than just Fox Mulder's Page, but I'm not going everywhere to change the name. That would be just downright a pain in the butt. LOL But I had been meaning to change the banner seeing how it still had the old url. . . LOL So it's still pretty much Fox Mulder's Page. But you can think of it as Fox Mulder & Friends Page. :)

The next couple for you:

Sobel - Lady Larkspur Declines - Regency - 5
Forsyth - The Phantom of Manhattan - 5

Okay, now I rather liked The Phantom of Manhattan -- but I thought it was too short. It needed more stuff in it or something like that. But as it was, I liked it. :)

Now I'm doing:

Chase - Mr. Impossible - Regency (but it takes place in Egypt, cool!) :)

and will read after that:

Heath/Kelly/Layton/McCabe/ Metzger - A Regency Christmas - Regency

And finally added the Christmas adoption - and can't think of anything else off hand. Think I'm forgetting something, but oh well. . . LOL

Happy Easter! :)

Thought I'd post the last couple of books while I remembered them now. . . LOL

Cameron - Testing Miss Toogood - Regency - 4
Raleigh/Blair/Allen - How to Marry a Duke - Regency - 5

And I'm working on right now:

Sobel - Lady Larkspur Declines - Regency

And after that, among the other ones on this pile I have in front of me, I'm going to work on:

Forsyth - The Phantom of Manhattan -- it's the sequel to the musical of Phantom of the Opera. I've seen many people say they like it, many hate it. I'll find out what I think eventually. LOL I'd love to get the Susan Kay Phantom book -- but that darn book, out of print, goes for $60 or more! Geez!!! LOL They really need to re-release that one for crying out loud!! :)

But getting closer to when the DVD comes out! :) Reminds me though, I still need to get the I Love Lucy third season set. Ugh, too much stuff, not enough money or time!

I should be getting up a Christmas adoption later, I need to make the banner for it. Oh, and Happy Easter! :)

Of course this is book related now. LOL I'm working on adding more adoptions when I can. Hopefully by Monday. Anyway, here are the books:

Baldwin/Gedney/Noeli - Waltz With A Rogue - Regency - 5 (loved they were lady highwaymen!)
Raleigh - Miss Frazer's Adventure - Regency - 4.5
Thompson - Old Enough to Know Better - Contemporary - 5 (she was a smart 20 year old!)

and these I'm working on/are to come:

Locksy - A Proper Introduction - Regency
Ferguson - The Perfect Bride - Regency
Cameron - Testing Miss Toogood - Regency

Till next time! :)

Here's a non-book related update for you all -- I now have my own adoptions over there to the left. I only have one at the moment, a really cute Phantom of the Opera bear. :) If you request it, use the form link in that section. I'm still tweaking that darn thing. . . never used forms personally, and in my internet class, the couple of forms we had to do never worked. LOL Oh well -- still passed the thing with an A. :)

Hi again! :) I definitely have a few books to catch you up on. LOL

Stancavage - A Bath Intrigue - Regency - 5
Noeli - The Passionate Miss Prudence - Regency - 5
Austen - Pride and Prejudice - Regency - 4.5 (only because it was a tiny bit difficult to read, but that's only because it's two hundred years old! LOL)
MacKenzie - The Naked Duke - Regency - 4.5 (Definitely some heavy stuff in there)
Collins - Building A Bad Boy - Contemporary - 5

and I'm starting tomorrow:

Baldwin/Gedney/Noeli - Waltz With A Rogue - Regency

with these coming afterward:

Locksy - A Proper Introduction - Regency
Ferguson - The Perfect Bride - Regency
Raleigh - Miss Frazer's Adventure - Regency
Thompson - Old Enough to Know Better - Contemporary

(Just wanted to remember which ones I had to post after I read them!) :)

Oh, and Episode III trailer, very cool! :)

Monday, March 07, 2005

Okay, I do have a couple books for you:

Richardson - A Lady of Talent - Regency - 5
MacAlister - Noble Intentions - Regency - 5 (hysterical!!!!)

and I'm still working on

Austen - Pride and Prejudice - Regency (the original regency era books!) :)

I got a Phantom of the Opera DVD last Friday (along with a mess of books and my astronomy magazines), not Andrew Llloyd Webber written, different music and such -- so it was, well, different. LOL It has points in it that I don't believe the ALW one does from the book, so that was nice to see. But I still want the movie. LOL And I would love to see a copy of the original stage version, but it doesn't look like that's on video. Pooh. :)

This is probably a reminder for me as much as news to share that I'm totally excited about:

The full release trailer for Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith will be shown on Thursday, March 10th at 9 p.m., on FOX during an episode of The O.C.

Yes!!!!! :)
