The 90s Live again!
Smorgasbord of Crappola has compiled a list of the top rock albums of the 90's, as chosen by our select group of music critics. These critics submitted their individual lists - I received 12 lists total, ranging in size and taste, with close to 500 entries, 287 distinct albums, by 168 different artists. I submitted these untouched lists into a complex and magical formula to calculate the comprehensive list.
The range in artists and styles is great - from Metallica to W.A.S.P., Sheryl Crow to Dark Tranquility, Extreme to Limp Bizkit, Nirvana to Nelson. Who will be #1? You'll have to wait and see! The list will appear here in increments... The first increment being numbers 200 through 151.
For the top hundred, I'll be going a little
more in depth. There will be pictures of the album covers, links
to listen to samples or to find out more about that band or album, and
commentary by me and the other experts. (Comments
in black are mine. Other colors represent other music experts.)
So, for numbers 100 to 1, we'll be going in increments of 10.
