ACADEMY TECHNICAL DIRECTOR - BRIAN FENTON
- Fenton is the Academy Technical Director and will be responsible for directing training sessions.
Coaching experience:
High School - Fenton is currently the Head Coach for the Philipsburg-Osceola Boy's program, a post he took over in 1998. Prior to that Fenton began his high school coaching career as an assistant coach for the Philipsburg-Osceola Boy's soccer program for three years (1993-1995).
Youth Soccer - Fenton has been an active youth club coach for past twenty-one years, over the years Fenton has directed and coached within all age groups (under-6 through under19) with the Philipsburg Soccer Association.
Administrative Experience - Current President of the Philipsburg Soccer Association, North Star Soccer League Vice-President, Philipsburg Soccer Club Vice-President.
Coaching License - USSF D License; NSCAA Regional Diploma.
Playing experience:
Outdoor Soccer - Fenton has been an active player on youth club teams and local adult teams since 1980, during that span Fenton has scored over 100 goals. Fenton won an adult outdoor league title in 2000 while playing with the Philipsburg United Soccer Club.
Indoor Soccer - Fenton has won four Bigler Indoor League titles with Real United FC in the 2000/2001, 2001/2002, 2002/2003 and 2005/2006 seasons. During that time, Fenton has scored over 110 goals.
