      Bob is an original member of the Avalanche from their ill-fated 1996 season who has re-joined the team as a free-agent.  After not finding his scoring touch with other teams, Bob has started the 2001-2002 season on a torrid pace, leading the team in points. He is a north-south type of player who won't dazzle you with moves but will overpower you with strength and a hard shot. He has big shoes to fill, but the team hopes he can take the place of the retired Bill Anderson.
