Welcome to the Lowell Class of '66

2007 Picnic

The class picnic was held on Saturday, September 29th. Everyone who attended had a good time. We were able to spend more time to catch up on our activities, including comparisons on hip replacements and our experiences since graduating from Lowell. We certainly lived in "interesting" times. Go to the photo gallery to see some of the picnic pictures.

The plan is to have more of these informal gatherings between the five year reunions. If you are planning to have a get together with some classmates and would welcome other classmates, send us a message and we can send an email to the class mailing list. Even if you are just planning to be in San Francisco some time and would like to have coffee, lunch or dinner with some classmates, let us know and we'll send out a notice. As we discussed during the picnic, being part of the Lowell Class of '66 was special and it lead us to many interesting journeys.

40th Reunion

Our 40th Reunion was held on Saturday, October 7, 2006 from 6 to 11PM at San Francisco's Fairmont HotelOver 100 classmates attended. We all had a great time re-connecting and catching up on what each of us has been doing.  To see some of the photos from the reunion, click here.

Since we all had a great time, the planning committee has tentatively set a date for the 45th reunion- the weekend of September 16-18, 2011. Meanwhile, we plan to organize some mini-reunions, where small groups of classmates can get together informally. Details will be posted on this site as they develop.

A special thanks to the Donors of the Sponsorship Fund. Their generosity made it possible for a number of classmates to attend the reunion who would not be able to attend it otherwise.

Thanks to the all the volunteers and service providers for making it a memorable evening:

Submit
Your
Journey
The theme for our 40th reunion is Route 66 - The Journey of Our Lives. We are still accepting Journeys to be included with the reunion material that will be made available within the next few weeks. In the mailed invitations there was a sheet for the classmates to share their Journeys. Click here to display a printable version of the Journey sheet. Classmates are encouraged to fill out their stories by writing or typing on the sheet. This will allow them to express their personality on the document. However, if you prefer to submit the information online, click on the link to the left to open a form to submit your Journey. Unfortunately, photos can't be uploaded through the form. Photos need to be either emailed or sent by regular mail. Instructions are provided in the online form.
