The car needs a power steering pump, this one is starting to growl. I have one that will go with the car. It also needs struts, and the oil pan could use replacing. Struts are worn out, and the oil pan drain plug stripped out when my brother in law had the car, he welded the big end into the pan, and now the little plug is dripping. I also have an oil pan for the car. Just don't have the time to work on it right now. Would also recommend new brake pads, shoes, and rear drums.
