Step by Step Website Building Process ...

1. Existing Website?
   If you already have a website and just want it redesigned ONLY, email me the link. Skip to step 4.
2. Clients' Requirements:
   This process is to determine the objective for your website. Do you want it to be informative, educational, interactive, create awareness? Do you have a budget, what is it? I can help make suggestions also.
3. Site Diagram:
   This process charts out the architecture of the website. How pages are linked together, how sublinks fall under main links. How many pages total ( page = think of your monitor as a piece of paper, a page is letter to legal sized in length )
4. Quote:
   I will email you a quote once the above is established.
5. Design:
   If you accept the quote, we begin the design process. Email your content to me; that includes text, photos, graphics, logos etc.. tell me the look and feel you would like, playful, serious, professional, etc... Then, I will design the home page and 1 interior page for you. I will put your design on a hidden link off of my website for you to review and approve.
6. Don't like the design?
   If you do not like the design you can send me an email of your likes and dislikes and I will design another one.
7. Like the design?
   This is where I will ask for a downpayment of 25% of the total quote. I will continue on building and finishing your website immediately.
8. Search Engine Submission:
   I will send you a worksheet to fill out so I can help optimize your sites' placement on the search engines. I will ask for keywords, keyphrases and descriptions about your site and I ask that you list them in order of importance. I will then register your site on the major search engines including; DMOZ and Google ... * I cannot include any type of guarantee as to when your site will be listed or how well it will be ranked. In my opinion, it is impossible to offer such a guarantee due to the fact that; each search engine has it's own backlogs and timelines as well as reserves the right to not list any site. However, I do optimize your site for highest search engine rankings possible.
9. Finished Website:
   Once I finish the website and upload it to the WWW, I will bill you for the rest ( to be paid within 30 days )
10. Updates to your Website?
    Cost $25 an hour.
