Lee's Summit Woodworkers Guild Bylaws



                                       
ARTICLE I

Name

The name of this organization shall be the Lee's Summit woodworkers' Guild. When used in these Bylaws the word "Guild" shall be deemed to mean the Lee's Summit Woodworkers' Guild.


                                       
ARTICLE II

Purpose

The purpose of the Guild is to promote the exchange of woodworking information and to further the craft.


                                     
ARTICLE III


Members

1. Qualification.


(a)
Any individual who is thirteen (13) years or older, who has an interest in Woodworking, and voluntarily applies for membership shall be eligible for full membership. All members shall have the right to hold office and the right to vote in all matters before the membership.

(b)
Any corporation, partnership, or other business entity which is interested in promoting the purposes of the corporation may apply for associate membership. One individual delegate from each associate member shall have all the rights and privileges of a full member of the Guild without payment of dues other than by the associate member.
