2. Dues.

(a)
All members of the Guild must pay dues as follows to obtain good standing:

(i)
Annual dues for individuals shall be Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) per person. Dues are payable January 1 and will be delinquent February 28. New members are required to pay dues by the second meeting which they attend. Dues for new members will be prorated semiannually.

(ii)
Annual dues for associate members shall be Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) per associate member.

(b)
Any member may be suspended for non-payment of dues without a membership vote. Suspension will occur March 31st. The Officers may increase the annual dues for individuals and associate members as it may deem necessary or appropriate from time to time.

3. Regular meetings.

Regular meetings of the membership of the Guild shall be held on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 P.M. unless otherwise set forth in a written notice to the members.



                                       
ARTICLE IV

Officers

1. Number; Qualifications.

The Officers of the Guild shall be a President, a Vice President, a Treasurer, and a Secretary.

2. Election and Term of Office.

The Officers of the Guild shall be elected by the membership at the annual meeting. The term of office is one year. All Officers may be elected for a second term with a maximum of two terms.
