I love playing with a graphics program called Paint Shop Pro so I joined some other memberships on the net as well. Here you will find some great PSP tutorials, tubes and outlines for PSP. If you'd love to learn pixel drawing and painting, these are some great groups to join too! You'll also find a couple of nice adoption sites and sigtag groups :)
