The Magnolia Chorale  presents their 2009 Winter Concert, “Timeless Songs of the Season” on December 5^th and 6^th.  The concert features many seasonal favorites, sacred and secular, everything from Ceremony of Carols by Benjamin Britton to Blue Christmas  once sung by Elvis Presley. This is the 21^st Season concert for the well-known Chorale. 

Also performing in both concerts:

 

Three-O a cappella vocal trio of three sisters, Jean-Marie Kent, Christine Fagan, and Veronica McPhee, performing parts of the Ceremony of Carols by Britten, as well as traditional-with-a-twist carols. 

 

         And

 

  Faye Seeman, principal harpist of the Chicago Sinfonietti and Joffrey Ballet Orchestras, will be accompanying the chorale for this performance. She will be traveling here from her home in Chicago for this appearance.
