Still Life 101. And after... Yum!

This is the ONLY way the doggies (University of Washington Huskies) and the (Chicago) cubbies win games. Such a burden - some days if they both play, one must wear 2 hats!

Check out our Bathroom jungle. It all started with fish tile when we had to replace the tile in the shower. So then came the crab and lobster and then the palm. I thank my husband and friends for several good ideas on this one.

Winter China Berries. What a great tree. Lots of shade in the summer, low water usage and in the winter it allows all the winter sun into the south side of our house and patio. AND it looks very beautiful! Now what more could you ask? Well... not to drop china berries every winter.... BUT they provide the beauty of the winter tree.

Yellow is happy HAPPY! This be winter joy!

This little mouse likes his kitty pencil and electric bonsai. This will eventually end up at home. Now it is on my desk at work.
