John has been hard at work on our kitchen cabinets. Lots of work and experimenting went into the project so far. Another cabinet finished. Only 21 doors and 5 drawers to go... Updates when they are finished.

More progress. Here is a close up of the top cabinets. Notice the black trim. That is done with car trim. Covers up a few boo-boos where yellow runs past the painting tape to the orange. How does it DO that?

Ok, so it's not the Frog 'n Firkin .. it's the Frog 'n Snakin! Here's a closer view of La Serpiente. As you can see he is a rattlesnake. The artist even left a rattle inside. And here is a closer look at the frog Notice his desert scenery. It was a challenge to figure out how to hang these heavy ceramic creatures. We tried fishing line, but the knots came undone way too easily. Finally figured out to glue the knots.
