This recipe was used by my Grandma, Doris, and now is used by me, my Mom and many others in my family no doubt.
This is one I had to perfect myself. Living out here, you can't find a pork pie like you get off the deli at Tesco's, so one has to improvise. I must say, this turns out as good as any you can buy in a British Supermarket.
Now famous in these parts, with an infinite number of meat and vegetable variations on the same theme. But this is a good starting point
