Hi Friends, Day 5 of Dirk's journey. He's off the ventilator, has all but 3 IVs removed, is still receiving heart help from several medications and remains in positive spirits. Thank's Katy for staying with Dirk Saturday Night! Dirk has been steadily improving, he is now eating and gets to sit in a chair for an hour or so a day. There have been a couple minor setbacks but Dirk is determined to overcome the obstacles. Keep the prayers coming! Thanks and may God be with you. Dirk and Linda
