About Mr. Lyons I graduated in 1998 with a B.S. in elementary education from Penn State University. In 2001, I earned a M.S. in education at Saint Joseph's University. I worked in the Philadelphia School District for two years as a third grade teacher at the Samuel Powel School. This is my eighth year at Rush School. I am a huge Philadelphia sports fan! I enjoy playing sports, photography and barbecuing. Now that I live in New Jersey I am also a big Bruce Springsteen fan too! My wife is a reading teacher at the middle school. Mr. Lyons
