Welcome to our casa in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico!! Our apartment is located approximately 3 miles South of Old Town, Puerto Vallarta and about a 20 minute cab ride from the airport. The apartment is located next door to a large hotel where one can find both taxi and bus service throughout the day. The hotel is also an excellent landmark to tell your cab driver where you want to go when returning to our home.

Our condominium is a small complex with only 26 apartments. All of the
apartments face the ocean, with floor to ceiling windows on the ocean side...
the ocean view is everywhere!! Our apartment is about 1300 square feet
on a single level, with 2 large bedrooms, each with a KING sized bed and
a private bath. The decor is simple Mexican flavor with a "Saltillo" tiled
floor and many simple Mexican artifacts for decoration. The furnishings
are colorful, clean and comfortable.

The kitchen features a microwave oven (very un-Mexican!), a 6 burner gas
stove (also very un-Mexican) and most all the cooking utensils needed for
any food preparations. Mexican dishware will service 8 people. The water
in our apartment is provided by Seapal, the city water system, and is very
clean. For those with concerns, there is an additional tap called the "aqua
purificada", or purified water. We regularly keep a pitcher from that tap
in the fridge.

Our apartment is located on the entry level (5th floor) near the reception desk. The condominium has full time security and is completely fenced for added security. Twice weekly maid service is included in your stay. An appropriate tip for the maid would be $2.00 to $3.00 each cleaning.(Always give your tips directly to the person you wish to tip). Further, there is a full time maintenance person who can repair most problems you encounter. We recommend taking your laundry to town if needed. There are many 'lavanderias' with one day service and very inexpensive.
