Bienvenidos A Puerto Vallarta!!
As our Mexican condominium is our 'home away from home', we generally spend short times from Mid-November to Mid-March in Mexico. Our 'Casa' is available for guests the times of the year we are not there. We generally return to our 'cold home' for the Christmas Holidays, so the Christmas Season is also available!! The season from March to June is as nice a time of year in Puerto Vallarta as anywhere you can find!!
A few side notes....our home is 2 bedroom, so we limit the number of people to 4 guests. Also, we prefer not to have families with small children (under 8-10 yrs. old) due to the large sliding doors across the front of the apartment, and we do not allow pets. Finally, we ask smokers to do so outside (the balcony is fine)...our thanks!!
RATES 2008
November 15th to May 1st (High season)
$150.00 per night, 7 night minimum.
Christmas/Easter Week, Thanksgiving - $200.00 per night, 7 night minimum
May 1st to November 15th (Summer season)
$80.00 per night for 2 people, $100 per night for 4 people, 5 night minimum.
We require a $300.00 security/damage deposit which is fully refundable if you leave our apt
as you found it. (AC usage is deducted from your deposit...we have installed new A/C 'splits' that are very efficient).
We have an onsite property manager to assist you with all of your extra needs. Reservations are confirmed
upon receipt of 50% of your rent amount. Your balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival.
We request your security/damage deposit 3 weeks prior to your arrival.
