COMMUNITY: The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed
for limited time. Residents have access to adult and family pools, many executive golf courses and two town squares featuring live entertainment 7 nights per week. As a Village
resident, you can play unlimited free golf with a Village Resident ID Card. Rental includes two temporary resident ID Cards.
LOCATION: The villa is centrally located in The
Villages near Laurel Manor Regional Recreation Center. Bonnybrook is near the new Southern Trace Shopping Center where you can shop and dine. Fine dining at nearby Arnold Palmer
Country Club.
UTILITIES: Rental rates include all utilities and maintenance fees such as electricity, gas, cable television, water, trash disposal, amenity fee and lawn
service.
FURNISHINGS: Villa is fully furnished in the Woodlawn "open" floorplan with a screened lanai, side patio, garage, private courtyard, back lawn. Large
television in living room with DVD/VCR player. Queen size bed in MBR with TV. Two twin beds in second bedroom. Loveseat in living room converts to single bed.
MONTHLY RATES (2008-2009)
- High Season: Jan, Feb, March - $2500
- Mid Season: Apr, Oct, Nov, Dec - $1700
- Low Season: May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sept - $1200
RENTAL POLICY:
- $500 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
- Full rent due for high season months by 1 December.
- Florida Lodging Tax Included
- $60 Cleaning Fee
- Rate includes 2 adult occupants. $100/month for each additional adult.
- Available long or short term rental.
OTHER: Golf Cart Rental available for
additional charge under separate agreement. Shuttle Service available from Orlando International Airport(OIA) for additional charge.
