These cells measure one by one by 2 meters or so, and housed up to four or five people at a time, who only left twice a day to use the restroom, apart from the times they were taken for interrogation.

This swimming pool predates the use of the Villa as a torture center. On weekends, DINA staff would come with their families to have barbecques and use the swimming pool, less than ten meters from the tower and less than twenty meters from the 1 x 1 meter cells.

The political parties who were members of the UP have had spaces given to them in the park to put up their own memorials. Only the Socialist Party has not done anything with its plot yet. This is for the Commmunists.
