Whole house renovation - Converting a Ranch into a Prairie Style

I insulated the attic space this weekend. I got about 90% of it done. I had to finish installing the venting that Josh did not do.

Some things need to be completed upstairs:

1. Sydney's closet has some 2x4's that are not in alignment - this will cause drywall issues.
2. Wind wash is not installed all the way around the house.
3. The doorway to Sydney's bathroom does not have the bottom plate cut out yet.
4. Soffits are not completed.
5. Fascia is not completed.
6. Sheathing is not properly fastened all the way around.
7. There are spots where the sheathing is not butted tight to one another.
8. Low voltage (cable, phone, ethernet) needs to be installed.
9. Plumbing is not completed - there are no water pipes at all, just drain & vent pipes.
10. HVAC is not done.
11. Stairs and stair landing are not framed yet.
12. Bottom of 'kickout' (immediately above doorway) is not framed.
13. Parts of the house are not closed to the outside - certain areas where 2 roof pitches are joined need to be enclosed.

We have the framing inspection today.
