Whole house renovation - Converting a Ranch into a Prairie Style

Complete home renovation.

We are tearing the roof off of our lake home in MN and are adding a level.

We have also gutted the main level.

In the process we are changing the ranch into a Prarie Style (Frank LLoyd Wright) home.

Oh, we are living in it during the process

Here are some images of the completed Porch decking. We used Tiger Claw deck clips on Ipe. The finish was Cabot Australian Timber Oil (ATO) Mahogony Flame.

Wow, that looks great - I used Tiger Claw deck fasteners myself, and even though I'm not an expert, I found them to be fairly straightforward.
