Reinstall retaining blocks
Install trim SE corner
Install header over stairs
Re-attach pergola
Finish porch trim & post wrap
Paint doors
Install lighting
Install elec outlets
Fix post caps
Deck & railing for 3rd level deck
Seal southside deck
