I got laid off from Nielsen today. The layoffs are supposedly about 15% of the workforce in North America. I guess that I will have more time to update this blog and work on the house now.

I'm so sorry to hear that. But it seems to me that you weren't very happy there. Now you will have a chance to find something you really love doing. You are a brilliant man with a lot of passion. And if it's any consolation, I also lost my job after moving 1200 miles to a new state. -- 2 months of full time painting later, I found my dream job. Anything's possible. And there is a season for everything. even joblessness.
