Here's how the program works:  Our current rates and availability are already discounted about 30% below the normal rates for each time period.  If you would like to guarantee a reservation for a particular time period, then you should book as early as possible.  However, on occasion (usually on Wednesdays) we send out an email (to only those people on our Last Minute Discount Program email list) offering an even bigger discount (up to additional 50%, plus tax and cleaning fee*) for availability in the next seven days.  So if your don't mind taking your chance on availability and making last minute plans, this would be a great deal for you.
