Please follow the instructions below to submit a deposit or balance payment.

Credit Card

To pay using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard) I will need the following information:

	Amount to be charged
	Credit card number (MasterCard or Visa)
	Expiration date
	Name on the card
	Billing address for the card

To pay using a check (if more than 30 days before arrival), send check to:

Note: Payment will not be applied until your check is received.

After your payment is processed you will receive an email receipt (for credit card payments) and a reservation confirmation which will include instructions for key pick up and directions to the unit.

Policies:

	No smoking
	No pets
	Maximum 8 people
	Check-in time is 4:00 PM, check-out time is 10:00 AM

Payment Terms:

	Checks (if more then 30 days before arrival) and credit cards accepted
	Add 10.675% Breckenridge/Colorado lodging tax.
	Deposit of 50% due at time of reservation.
	Balance due 30 days (120 days for reservations more than two weeks in length) prior to arrival date.

Cancellation Policy (reservations up to 2 weeks in length):

	$100 cancellation fee outside of 30 days of arrival.
	No refund within 30 days of arrival unless unit is re-booked, less $100 cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy (reservations more than 2 weeks in length):

	$100 cancellation fee outside of 120 days of arrival.
	No refund within 120 days of arrival unless unit is re-booked, less $100 cancellation fee.
