We made a boot disc (on a floppy) containing drivers for the CD
ROM, so that the computer to be upgraded, could boot from the CD ROM. We then inserted the floppy into the new PC, setting it to boot into PC DOS, and inserted the CD containing the "ghost" image. We followed screen instructions,
selecting to copy>to disc> from image. The PC then installed the new WIN2000 OS into the machine. This took less than 15 minutes! All that we then needed to do was to rename that computer, since it retained the original PC's name, to
its new name: student09. Subsequent testing (a game of Freestyle) assured that the installation was a success
