Being a sequel to the original Secret of Mana, Legend of Mana improves on many aspects of the previous game. As a male or female, you wander around, meet people and take on quests. Disappointing was the fact that the game lacked a good plot. Legend of Mana's soundtrack is composed by Yoko Shimomura who has written songs for Super Mario RPG and Parasite Eve as well as others. The soundtrack has a variety of songs for the many themes in the game.
