Police catch Loveland bank robbery suspect
Loveland police reportedly apprehended a bank robbery suspect today, within hours after a robbery at Wells Fargo Bank, 3710 N. Grant Ave.
The robbery was reported around noon. Police dispatchers reported a man wearing a stocking cap, dark glasses, gloves and a tan Carharrt coat entered the bank and indicated to employees he had a gun and a knife. No weapon was shown during the robbery.
The robber was seen on foot heading toward East 37th Street, according to initial reports. He reportedly was caught while walking along Highway 287.
