Although this site is primarily dedicated to news and events of the Hoffman clan, we must all recognize and confront our own mortality. A part of the natural cycle, death is the eventual culmination of all life. Nonetheless, it is always a solemn occasion when we lose someone close to us, and we are never quite prepared for the passing of a loved one. Martin's friend, John Downey, recently lost his mother to cancer. The Hoffman Family would like to express our sympathy, and offer our support, to the Downey Family. Our hearts and thoughts are with you.

Bullet Martin Bullet

Hello to all of our friends and family. The year 2001 will always be an important one for me. Mostly because it is the year I asked Cheryl to marry me! Cheryl is wonderful in every way imaginable. I love her more than I could ever describe.

Because I love her so much, I proposed. It was New Years Day, Jnauary 1st 2001 at 12:01 AM. The wedding will be Saturday September 28th 2002. Save the date!

Well, that's about it for now. We do need the addresses of freinds and family, so we can make sure wedding invitations don't get lost in the mail. The best way to send updates is by e-mail to: martin@hoffmanclan.com

Bullet Cheryl Bullet

For those of you who don't know me yet, my name is Cheryl Corson (for the present time, anyway). I am Martin's fiancee. I work for Payless Shoes; I have been a store manager, for 10 years now. I live in Northeast Philadelphia. I have one sister - Lynn, and a very cool brother-in-law, Eric.

I guess you could say that I am one of the happiest people in the world. That is because I have met the other happiest person in world. "MARTIN"  He makes me happy, laugh, and smile. That's what I LOVE about him.

Follow the link to some pictures of us. A few pictures from the last "Hoffman" wedding (when Martin's sister Mary married Chris Pohlig) are also available on-line. I caught the boquet!
