Our House

Our house is a 16 year old two story Cape Cod home which has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. It is located in Browns Mills, NJ on Spring Lake. The house has 8 rooms, including a large master bedroom and a huge master bathroom/dressing room. Other cool features include a working brick fireplace, a walk-in closet and a whirlpool/hot tub in the master bath. The house has a 1 car garage and a deck. The property is located on .23 acres and is the first home we have ever owned. We're very excited about it. You are all invited to come visit! But even though it's a big house, everyone can't come at once! And since so many of our friends and family know what owning our own home means to us, we decided to put up this web site so everyone can get a preview.

08.	This is a view of the Master Bathroom, one of the three bathrooms in the house. The Master Bath features a whirlpool tub and dual ("his 'n' hers") sinks, plus it's large enough to use as a sitting room, or to do the ironing, if that's your preference. At one point, the previous owner used it as his bedroom! It's why we had to buy this house.
09.		Here's Martin, again, this time in the Master Bedroom. The door behind him leads to a walk-in closet! The Master bedroom is 22' x 15'
10.	This is the other upstairs bedroom. We plan to use it as a nursery when we have kids... The 2nd Upstairs Bedroom is 20' x 16'

Not Pictured:
The 3rd bedroom is downstairs and is 14' x 12' and the 4th bedroom, also downstairs is 12' x 10'
There is a 2nd bathroom upstairs and a full bath downstairs as well.
