Mark Goodwin's WORLD LICENSE PLATES

Hello! My name is Mark Goodwin and I live in Lacey, Washington, USA. I've been a license plate collector since I picked up a 1972 Kentucky plate off a neighbor's front lawn sometime around 1974.  As a teenager I visited used car dealerships and junkyards and added more plates to my collection. It has just been in the last 15 years or so that I've discovered that there is a whole world of plate collectors out there.

I'm mostly interested in international plates and I have many international plates as well as US & Canadian plates for trade.
