*******  Cowboy Action Shooting IS NOT for beginning shooters. One should be already proficient with firearms to be able to participate.  We do have a "Mentor" program for first time Cowboy Action Shooters. You'll have someone with you the whole time to help you learn the ropes. Please read the  SASS Shooters Handbook as these are the rules govern our sport.   I also strongly urge you to read the "Beginners Guide to Cowboy Action Shooting".  This will answer many of the basic questions.    I also urge you to go see a couple of matches.  Talk with folks, and ask questions! **********

Directions:

Get your self on I-66 heading towards Fairfax.  Get off on Exit 59A (that's Eastbound on Route 50).  Take a left at the first stop light, Waple Mills road. Go thru one stop light and take the 4th right, into the NRA headquarters. This is the last right before re-crossing I-66. Take an immediate left and follow the parking lot road all the way down and around back of the building where you will end up on the bottom floor of a parking Garage.
