Learn the ABC's of Square Dancing

The Martinez Swingers are sponsoring a Five Week Square Dancing "Refresher Class" thru Martinez Adult Education.

Do you know a former dancer who has been out of the square dance activity for a few years? Someone who needs to review their plus calls to become a stronger dancer? Help needed to get back up to club level?

The Martinez Swingers have offered a series of classes on the ABC's of Square Dancing which will begin the final Section III on Saturday, April 11th. The class will review mainstream, building on calls, and teach students calls up to a “plus” level with the knowledge to dance with the local square dance clubs. Pre-requisite for this section is completion of Sections I & II or previous square dancing experience. Taught by Callers Bert Swerer and Dick Henschel and assisted by experienced square dancers.

Begins Saturday, April 11, 10:30 am - 12:30 pm

Class Dates are:  Saturdays, April 11, 25, May 2, 9, 16, 2009

SAVE $5.00 if you Pre-Register by April 10 ($40 per person). Class fee is $45 per person if you register on the class start date.
