Primary Care Diving Medicine focuses on the everyday needs of sport divers. We believe that a tenet of sport diving should be to dive safe, long and deep. PCDM helps sport divers reach that goal through concise advice. While focused on diving medicine, we know hazards, technique, and equipment all play roles in limiting dives. If needed, PCDM refers divers to instructors or specialist with proven expertise.
My perspective is as a physician "who does the dives," whether its drift decompression trimix, cave or reef dives. To divers in the greater Philadelphia and New Jersey regions, we provide personalized clinical services. Marvin E. Gozum, M.D. puts over 170 dives annually and is an avid technically trained diver. A referral physician for the Divers Alert Network, he can be found every weekend in a local quarry, New Jersey wrecks or coastal Florida. A proponent of Hogarthian diving without an attitude, he is at home discussing all facets of diving, from decompression theory to batteries for a dive light. This website briefly overviews our services. Details are available via email. email me>> 10/10/2007 10:32
