Reflecting on Practice
The purpose of this web site is two-fold. First we hope to provide information and resources for those interested in reflecting on teaching or supervision practices, and second to provide an introduction to workshop sessions available to address the topics. The content areas currently posted have been areas of our joint inquiry for several years. Our explorations of these areas have taken us to many places, literally and figuratively. We have presented sessions on them at NAEYC's Annual Conferences as well as local and regional events.
We view this site as a work in progress and will continue to develop it, adding new pages and resources. Some areas are still under construction, so please visit periodically. We hope all visitors will explore the content and find useful information. Throughout this site we ask questions and refer to strategies with the intent that you will reflect on them or try them. Please let us know how you use them and the results.
