Biography:
When Twiggy was a young girl in England, many of her peers teased her for her small stature and rail-thin figure but she was soon to prove them wrong when she became one of the biggest Supermodels of all time.
In her teens, Twiggy worked at a salon that her sister owned. She was introduced to a man who said she had the "look". Eventually she started paying for photo shoots and became a major smash in England. Twiggy came to New York and impressed many with her mod look.
All the rest was history.
