Explanation of the conversion: This conversion is based on a combination of Galaxy Force Dreadlock and
Cybertron Jetfire. I used highest of either's Tech Specs and watched the television series to add details.
History: Before coming to Earth, Jetfire traveled to the far-off planet of Nebulon where he lived among the natives
for some time. This is where he picked up his accent.
When the Autobots of Cybertron planned to evacuate to Earth, Jetfire was sent as an advance scout to acquire scans of
Earth forms for the Autobots to adopt.
Jetfire III helped in building the secret Autobot base on Earth. When it was almost detected by the Decepticons he aided Optimus Prime,
Vector Prime and Hot Shot III in holding off Megatron III and Starscream III (Transformers: Galaxy Force 1.03).
Believing that clues to Atlantis and the Omega Lock might be held in Ireland, Optimus Prime IV, Vector Prime, Safeguard,
Landmine III and Overhaul investigated. They were attacked by Starscream III and Thundercracker III. Landmine III
radioed to base and asked Jetfire III for assistance, but as Jetfire III was attempting to get to Ireland,
he got an emergency call from Scattorshot and Bud, who had fallen on a space bridge and were running out of air.
Jetfire III attempted to save them, but was delayed when he was hit by a satelite causing Scattorshot and Bud
to start falling to Earth. They ended up being saved by Jolt III and Coby, who used a Jolt III's warping ability to return
them to Autobot base (Transformers: Galaxy Force 1.06).
Starscream III absorbed some of the power of the Omega Lock at his secret island base. Megatron V, Mudflap, Thundercracker
III, and Ransack V were released from the prison in space Starscream III had trapped him in when Megatron V combined
strength with Scourge IV. Crumplezone II was happy to be reunited with his friend Ransack V. Megatron V then attempted to
return to Earth to confront Starscream. The Autobots did the best to delay him. Blurr III and several civilian Autobots
cleared the area where the Decepticons arrived of humans. Optimus Prime IV, Vectory Prime, Landmine III, Jetfire III,
Scattorshot, Hot Shot III, Red Alert III, Leobeaker, Snarl IV, Override II, Evac and Crosswise III confronted Megatron's
Decepticon forces. Landmine III was shocked to find his old friend Mudflap among the Decepticon forces.
Megatron V confronted the combined firepower of Red Alert III, Scattorshot and Hot Shot III and was
intensely angered by them hurting him just as Starscream III was accessing power from the Omega Lock. This allowed
Megatron V to tap into the Omega Lock's power to grant him a new Force Chip weapon, his Death Machinegun. Megatron V
used his new weapon without mercy on the three Autobots who had angered him, leaving them near death (Transformers:
Cybertron 1.27).
This steadfast Autobot is often annoyed by his hyperactive partner Scattorshot, but he nonetheless takes
his duties very seriously, and will follow through on his orders no matter what. Jetfire III has been assigned by Optimus
Prime III the difficult tasks of protecting Earth while keeping the Autobot presence a secret and searching for the Earth
Planet Key. Jetfire III would much rather be fighting in the front lines alongside his leader, but his strategic genius and
status as the upstanding, honorable second-in-command of Autobots make him an invaluable asset at the Autobots base.
Trivia: Jetfire III shouldn't be confused with the original Jetfire, an Autobot jet, or the second
Jetfire, a Transformers: Energon Autobot shuttle. Besides being released as a full sized toy, Jetfire III was also released
as a Micro sized toy and as a Burger King Kids Meal toy.
Powers: Jetfire III is one powerful Autobot. Fast, strong, smart, he is a capable commander. He can become
a cargo jet which can attain speeds in excess of Mach 2.7. Jetfire has enhanced telescopic vision, a nearly flawless memory,
and the ability to project holographic images over a large area. He carries an array of high power lasers and missiles. Uses a
Force Chip to enhance his firepower with his Dread Cannon, also called his Afterburner Blast Attack. Capable of generating
intense heat and incredible sweeping winds with his engines.
Weaknesses: Jetfire III has few weaknesses. He would rather be fighting Decepticons on the front lines than leading others, but his loyalty to Optimus
Prime III's orders keeps him in a roll he'd rather not have.
