Explanation of the conversion: This conversion is based on a combination of Galaxy Force Nitro Convoy and
Cybertron Override. I used highest of either's Tech Specs and watched the television series to add details.
History: When the Cybertronian explorers first landed on what would become Velocitron, the Speed Planet, races were
held to see who would be leader.
When Override II first came online she was trained by the veteran racer Brakedown.
It took a long time for Override II to claim the title of Leader of Velocitron, the Speed Planet.
Override pretended to be male to enter the race and the entire planet was stunned when she won the race and revealed that
she was a tough-as-nails female race car!
Long-time champion and leader of the Speed Planet, Override II is always ready for a race. Acceleration is
her only ideal, but she respects anyone with the guts to challenge her. She's faced and beaten thousands of upstart
speedsters in her time.
Bored with the lack of real racing competition on her planet, Override II was very interested when Megatron IV arrived
looking for the Planet Key. She challanged him to a race for the information he requested, and she won. Afterwards
she admitted she knew nothing of the Planet Key. Asking Megatron IV what the Planet Key was, he said she'd have to beat
him in their next race to learn that. Megatron IV then sent Crumplezone II and Ransack IV to try to get information
about the Planet Key from Brakedown, but Breakdown and his student Clocker were saved buy Hot Shot III, who
saw they were in trouble (Transformers: Galaxy Force 1.06).
Though at first suspicious of the intentions of the Decepticons and the Autobots have for her world's Cyber
Planet Key, Override II is only too glad to help the Autobots once she realizes what's at stake.
Override traveled with the Autobots to Animatros, the Jungle Planet, where they obtained that world's Planet Key.
Starscream III absorbed some of the power of the Omega Lock at his secret island base. Megatron V, Mudflap, Thundercracker
III, and Ransack V were released from the prison in space Starscream III had trapped him in when Megatron V combined
strength with Scourge IV. Crumplezone II was happy to be reunited with his friend Ransack V. Megatron V then attempted to
return to Earth to confront Starscream III. The Autobots did the best to delay him. Blurr III and several civilian Autobots
cleared the area where the Decepticons arrived of humans. Optimus Prime IV, Vectory Prime, Landmine III, Jetfire III,
Scattorshot, Hot Shot III, Red Alert III, Leobeaker, Snarl IV, Override II, Evac and Crosswise III confronted Megatron V's
Decepticon forces. Landmine III was shocked to find his old friend Mudflap among the Decepticon forces.
Megatron V confronted the combined firepower of Red Alert III, Scattorshot and Hot Shot III and was
intensely angered by them hurting him just as Starscream III was accessing power from the Omega Lock. This allowed
Megatron V to tap into the Omega Lock's power to grant him a new Force Chip weapon, his Death Machinegun. Megatron V
used his new weapon without mercy on the three Autobots who had angered him, leaving them near death (Transformers:
Cybertron 1.27).
Trivia: Strangly in Japan the character of Nitro Convoy is male, but in the U.S.A., the same character, named
Override II is female. Override II shouldn't be confused with the original Override, a Triggerbot who
turned into a motorcycle. There was a recolor of Nitro Convoy released in Japan called Dark Nitro Convoy.
Powers: Override II is built for speed. She was the fastest, most skilled racer on the Speed Planet. Strong,
tough, resourceful, she excells in anything she puts her mind to. Force Chip Ignition adds a special Mach Shot laser weapon to
her arsenal in either mode. Has an average crusing speed of over 270 mph. In vehicle mode she can activate a Nitro Boost to
increase her speed to over 380 mph for short periods of time.
Weaknesses: Override II cared little for the concepts of good and evil, she only saw people as winner and looser,
although she has started to change because of her association with the Autobots. She is still very competative. Override
II cannot fly.
