Explanation of the conversion: I removed the normal Concentration disadvantage on his Shape Shift power to represent how easily he changes form. Runamuck can only utilize his wheels when in vehicle mode and can only fly in robot mode.

Runamuck History: Runamuck was recruited as a Decepticon under the leadership of Megatron in his war against the Autobots on the planet Cybertron.

When Megatron and Autobot leader Optimus Prime disappeared in an accident with a space bridge, the Autobot and Decepticon forces splintered into smaller factions. Runmuck joined up with the Predacons under the leadership of Starscream.

After the Great Shutdown on Cybertron ended, Runamuck was reformatted in the form of an Earth sports car.

Wounded and looking to recharge, Runabout and Runamuck broke into Shockwave's abandoned lab where they accidentally released Sunstorm (Transformers: Generation One III #1).

History (Marvel comics): Beachcomber, Blaster, Cosmos, Perceptor, Powerglide, Seaspray and Warpath were part of an Autobot team on Cybertron in the Earth year 1986. They battled the Decepticons lead by Straxus over the Space Bridge and the Autobots were stranded on Earth (Transformers #18).

They were then captured by Circuit Breaker and her Rapid Anti-Robot Attack Team, taken to her lab and then disceted (Transformers #21-22).

Circuitbreaker then captured Autobots Air Raid, Fireflight, Silverbolt, Skids, Skydive and Slingshot. Using the parts from the captured Autobot all she created a giant Autobot with herself in control, striking a deal with them that if they would co-operate she would let them go. Circuitbreaker then used them to attack the Decepticon Battlechargers Runabout and Runabout who were attacking the Statue of Liberty. After defeating the Decepticons Circuitbreaker the Autobots were released (Transformers #23).

Cackling like a mechanical madman as he streaks down the road, Runamuck is a tumbling, twirling two-lane terror. He shows no regard for drivers sharing the highways with him. His freewheeling, frenzied approach invariably sends them scattering like leaves before a hurricane's winds. Spreading fear is his favorite pastime, but there's another, more sensitive side to Runamuck, although he expresses it in a most peculiar fashion: he's fascinated with Earth's junkyards. He can spend hours staring at one rusting wreck after another. In his own twisted way, Runamuck places the same value on these auto-graveyards as humans do art museums. His fellow Battlecharger, Runabout, attributes Runamuck's characteristic soft spot to "one quick-change too many snapping some cerebro-circuits." Considering Runamuck's personality, that's a diagnosis hard argue with.

Runamuck Powers: In car mode, Runamuck's maximum speed is 180 mph and his range is 600 miles. He transforms into his robot mode in .5 seconds. He can fly and wields a friction rifle, which shoots a beam that has the effect of dramatically increasing the kinetic energy of the molecules of any target it hits. Under these conditions, even the slightest movement of the target produces a tremendous increase in friction between its molecules and air molecules or anything else it touches. Flammable objects burst into flame; some metals even melt. The effect lasts for five minutes.

Weaknesses: Runamuck's reckless ways often result in his transforming on ill-advised occasions. This leads to disabling injuries sometimes. He's also afraid of heights.
