Chart for Double Running Stitch Embroidery


The original piece has some drawnwork and cutwork in addition to the double-running stitch embroidery. The grey stitches in the chart are to give a rough idea of the location and effect of the drawnwork areas. The bands are much more widely separated than shown here, by about 2-3 times the band width. Note the inconsistent repeat of the pinwheel.
