Techniques:
Group Two
These ones came from a school in NJ, but they remind me
of the first set I learned in Cheshire Connecticut under
Scott Packard.
Block #4 while stepping in with your left foot to your
attacker's right. With your right hand, do a back hand
strike to his temple, a hammer strike to his kidney area,
and a reverse circular hammer strike to his groin.
Block #3 while stepping into a side horse stance to your
attacker's center with your right foot. Do a hammer strike
to his groin and then a back two knuckle punch to his face
with your right hand.
Block #3 while stepping into a side horse stance to your
attacker's center with your right foot. With your right
hand, do a back two knuckle punch to his face sending him
back. Shuffle into your attacker as he is going back and do
an elbow strike to his stomach area and a dropping hammer
strike to his groin with your right hand.
Block #6 and step in with your left foot to your attacker's
right side. With your left hand, grab the back of his neck
and pull his head into a round house elbow with your right
arm. Still with the right arm, do a circular reverse hammer
strike to his groin.
Block #6 and step in with your left foot to your attacker's
right side. With your left hand, grab the back of his neck
and pull his head into a round house elbow with your right
arm. Still with the right arm, do a circular reverse hammer
strike to his groin as you push his head downward with your
left hand. Finish with a dropping elbow strike to his back
with your right arm.
Block #3 while stepping with your right foot into your
attacker's center into a side horse stance. With your right
hand, do a hammer strike into his stomach area. Next, slide
back into a right cat stance and then lunge forward off
your left foot doing double driving knife hand strikes to
his collar bones.
Open hand Block #2 while stepping with your right foot into
your attacker's center into a side horse stance. Do a
forearm strike to his biceps with both of your arms. At
same time, back hand strike with right hand to attacker's
right temple and side blade kick with your right leg to his
right leg.
Parry block with your right hand and step to your
attacker's right side with your left foot. Next do a thrust
punch to his stomach area with your left hand. As you bring
your left hand back, slide your right hand up his right arm
and do a knife hand strike the right side of his neck.
Finish with a palm heel strike to his face with your left
hand.
Do an iron fortress block grabbing your attacker's arm to
your right while you fade to your left. With your right
leg, do a round house kick to his chest area. Let go of his
arm and step down with your feet together standing with
your back to him. Finish by doing a back kick to the right
side f your attacker's ribs.
Do a parry block with your right hand and step to your
attacker’s center with your left foot. Next do a
thrust punch to his stomach area with your left hand. As
you bring your left hand back, slide your right hand up his
right arm and do a knife hand strike to the right side of
his neck. With your left hand, do a palm heel strike to
your attacker’s face as you pivot your body around so
your back is to him. Finish with a dragon kick to your
attacker’s groin with your left foot.
Do block # 4 and step in with your left foot to your
attacker’s right side. With your right hand, do a
back hand strike to his left temple. Step with your left
foot into a cross stance on your attacker’s right
side and circle your right hand down from his temple to his
kidney area doing a hammer strike. Grab around his head
with both your hands as you pivot around on your right foot
and finish with a side blade kick with your left foot to
the back of his right leg as you pull your attacker’s
head back.
Do block # 2 and grab your attacker’s wrist, twisting
his arm so his elbow is underneath and step back with your
left leg. Still with the left leg, do a snake kick to his
right elbow, keeping your leg in a crane stance. Next do a
jumping stool kick with your right leg to your
attacker’s stomach area landing in a right half moon
stance. Finish with a right thrust punch to his solar
plexus and a round house elbow to his face, also with your
right arm.
Punch comes in:
Do block #4 and step onto a cross stance with your right
leg to your attacker’s right side. With your right
hand, do a back hand strike to his left temple. As you step
behind your attacker with your left foot so that you are
now facing his back, grab his right shoulder with your
right hand. Finish by pulling your attacker into a forearm
strike with your left hand.
Do a block #2 while stepping back with your right foot.
Step into your attacker’s center with your right foot
and with both hands clasp his ears puncturing them. Next
grab and pull his head down into a rising knee with your
left leg and then another rising knee with your right leg
to your attacker’s chest area. Finish by stepping
down with your right leg into a side horse stance, pulling
and twisting his head, throwing him out of the way.
Do a rising cranes wing block with your right arm while
stepping to your left. Swing your right arm up and over
your attacker’s punching arm. As you push his arm
down with your right hand, do a dropping cranes wing strike
to his right biceps with your left arm. Step into your
attacker with your left foot and finish by doing a cranes
wing strike to his throat with your right arm.
Do a downward cross hand block while stepping back into a
left cat stance. Step to your attacker’s center with
your left foot and do double crossing knife hand strikes to
his throat. Next step into his center with your right foot
hooking it behind his left foot and drop to the ground onto
your right side. Finish by doing a rising snake kick with
your left leg to your attacker’s left hip area as you
pull his left leg forward with your right foot, taking him
down to the ground.
Do a downward cross hand block while stepping back into a
left cat stance. Step to your attacker’s right side
with your left foot and do double chicken wrist strikes to
his temples. Finish by doing a cranes wing strike to your
attacker’s throat with your right hand as you take
him down to the ground by sweeping his right leg from
behind with your right leg.
Do an upward cross hand block while stepping back into a
left cat stance. Step to your attacker’s left side
into a side horse stance facing him. Do double tiger palm
strikes to his chest area with your right hand and his
upper back area with your left hand. Again do double tiger
palm strikes to his stomach area with your right hand and
his lower back with your left hand. With your left forearm,
strike to the back of your attacker’s right leg,
lifting it up and finish by striking to his groin with
another tiger palm strike with your right hand.
Do a downward cross hand block while stepping back into a
left cat stance. Step to your attacker’s center with
your left foot and do double crossing knife hand strikes to
his throat. Next step into his center with your right foot
hooking it behind his left foot and drop to the ground onto
your right side. From the ground, break your
attacker’s balance by doing a scissors kick to the
inside of his legs and hook your right foot behind his left
foot again. Take him down to the ground by doing a rising
snake kick with your left leg to your attacker’s
right hip area as you pull his left leg forward with your
right foot. Leaning back onto your hands turn onto your
back and finish by doing a driving heel kick to his groin
and a dropping heel kick to your attacker’s stomach
area with your right leg.
Do an iron fortress block to your right side grabbing your
attacker’s right wrist with your left hand. Step with
your left foot to his center and slide your right foot
behind your left foot. Pivoting 360º so that you end up in
a right half moon stance with back to back with your
attacker do an elbow strike to his kidney area with your
right arm and break his right arm by pulling it against
your left rib cage with your left arm. Finish by reaching
around and doing a tiger’s mouth strike to your
attacker’s throat with your right hand and sweeping
his right leg with your right leg, taking him down to the
ground.
Do an iron fortress block to your right side as you fade to
your left. With your left leg, do a crescent kick to the
back of your attacker’s right leg and without putting
your leg down, do a snake kick t his face. Step down with
your left foot to his right side and finish with a palm
heel strike to his face, pushing it back with your left
hand and a dropping elbow strike to your attacker’s
throat with your right arm.
Do an iron fortress block to your attacker’s right
side as you fade to your left. As you step to your
attacker’s center with your left foot, grab his right
wrist with your right hand and pivot 180º so your back is
now to him. With your left arm, do an elbow strike to his
chest area and then reach back with your left hand and grab
him by the neck. Pull your attacker forward and do a hip
toss over your left hip, taking him to the ground. Finish
with a knife hand strike with your left hand to his throat.
Do a monkey grab and step forward into a side horse stance
with your left foot to your attacker’s right side.
Pull his arm forward making him crouch over and do a
driving knife hand strike to the right side of his neck
with your right hand. Finish by doing a palm heel strike
with your left hand to his right kidney area.
