Right leg steps out into a horse stance with a knuckle
roll. Right leg returns to original position hands open and
crossed at chest level.
Right leg steps out to a horse stance, double dropping
palms then double rising cranes. Right crescent kick to
12:00 then right thrust kick to 12:00 land forwards into a
left cat stance facing 6:00. Left leg steps to 6:00 into a
forward stance with a left back hand to the neck or temple.
Grab the neck and pull uke forwards as the left leg steps
back into a horse stance facing 3:00. Right dropping elbow
then pivot ccw into a left forward stance facing 12:00
right inverted hammer to the temple. Pivot ccw into a left
cat stance facing 9:00; step forwards with the left leg
then right thrust punch to the plexus. The left hand grabs
the back of uke's head then right driving knife hand to the
head. Right hand high, left hand low for a throw. Turn cw
to face 3:00 with the arms circling cw for the throw. Right
leg is forward, left hand high, right hand low for a throw.
Turn ccw to face 9:00 with the arms circling ccw for the
throw. Left leg is forward. Left leg steps back into a
horse stance facing 6:00. Bow stance leaning to 3:00 with a
right wing block at 9:00 followed by a right back fist,
left hand on guard.
Right leg steps back into a horse stance facing 12:00. Bow
stance leaning to 3:00 with a left wing block at 9:00
followed by a left back fist, right hand on guard. Left leg
steps back into a horse stance facing 6:00. Inverted ridge
hand high then bow stance leaning to 3:00 right cutting
hand low. Pivot ccw with block 2 into a left cat stance
facing 3:00. Right side kick to 5:00. Land in a forward
stance facing 5:00, then pivot ccw to 9:00 into a left cat
stance with block #2, then a left inverted hammer to the
plexus or groin, then a right torque punch or thrust to the
body or head (if low).
Turn cw into a right cat stance facing 3:00 with a guard.
Left high dragon block then right high dragon block then
right snap kick. Land in a forward stance on guard. Turn
ccw into a left cat stance facing 9:00 with a guard. Left
leg steps forward to 8:30 with a left inward parry then a
right outward parry. Right hook kick. land in a left cat
stance facing 3:00 on guard. Left leg steps to 2:30 with
double inward palms, then a right rising knee then right
stomp. Pivot ccw into a left forward stance with block 2
facing 9:00. Step forward with the right leg and right
front 2-knuckle high
step forward with the left leg and left front 2-knuckle
mid-level,step forward with the right leg and right front
2-knuckle low. Shift into a left cat stance while circling
the arms backwards into double palm strikes to the ribs,
double inverted palms/Buddha palms, double hammer strikes
to the ribs, double back fists to the head, double outward
tiger rakes to the face. Step with the left leg into a
forward stance then left-right-left circling tiger blocks.
Pivot cw to 1:30 and the right leg steps into a forward
stance then right-left-right circling tiger blocks. Pivot
ccw to 11:00 into a left cat stance with a left outward
block and a right driving knife into your palm. Shift right
hip forward with a right palm heel to 11:00. Pivot cw into
a cat stance facing 3:00, check to 12:00 and back. Pivot
ccw into a cat stance facing 9:00, check to 12:00 and back.
Horse stance to 12:00,close form.
