Bio-Engineering is the examination
and improvement of the human body
using engineering principles and
methods.  Artificial hearts, new
hearing aids and bone splinting
methods are just a few examples.
  For my final project an attempt
was made to create and verify
mathematical models of the kidney
dialysis process.  Research was done
into existing theoretical models and
each was then compared to real world
data from modern dialysis machines.
