2002
"Hot Fog" Steam Car Tour
Monroe,Washington
September 22-26, 2002
Dear Fellow SACA members: The 2002 Hot Fog
Biennial Western National Steam Car Tour sponsored by the Northwest Chapter of
the Steam Automobile Club was a raving success! The tour started daily from
Monroe, Washington, about 30 miles Northeast of Seattle, in the foothills of
the beautiful Cascade Mountains.
The Tour cover over 250 scenic by-road miles
in beautiful Washington State. This included a Sunday warm up tour, followed by
four full touring days in the lush green foothills of the Cascade Mountains.
Each day's tour included a round trip in a different direction to exciting
points of interests, along the remote paved roads in this historic mining and
logging region.

Eight
locos joined the rally---3 of them toured!
